Why we carry it

A choice we can defend in person.

Czapek's revival in 2015 was led by people who simply loved watches. The house makes its own micro-rotor calibres, finished by hand and shown through generous open case-backs.

This Antarctique Tourbillon reaches higher: the in-house Calibre 9 aligns tourbillon, gear train and barrel on a vertical axis above the Singularité guilloché dial. A hand-engraved gold rotor answers behind, and titanium keeps it comfortable. One for the close reader of dials.

The movement · 9

Hand-finished, made to be serviced.

The 9 carries 20 jewels, 100 hours of power reserve, beating at 3 Hz.

Servicing is organised through us and the manufacture, and the watch comes back to your wrist — with a loaner in the meantime.

For the life of the watch

A relationship, not a transaction.

Every watch we sell stays close to us. We organise servicing, source straps, and answer the telephone ourselves — for as long as the watch is yours, and the wrist after that.

i.
Service, organised through us

When the time comes, we arrange the full service through Czapek, handle the shipping both ways, and put a loaner on your wrist while you wait.

ii.
Straps & bracelets, for life

Replacement straps and bracelets at cost, in any material the manufacture offers, fitted in person at the bench.

iii.
One person, not a call centre

You speak to Jason — for a warranty question, a service interval, or simply a second opinion — for as long as you own the watch.

iv.
A loaner while yours is away

When your watch is at service we will put another independent on your wrist, so the wrist is never empty.

Hold it once. Turn it over.

A watch makes more sense in the hand than on a screen — particularly through the sapphire back. Book a viewing at 900 West Hastings St., Vancouver and we will put a loupe in your hand.
