A mechanical watch is a small machine that wants attention every few years. We organise servicing for the independent houses we carry, and care for the fine watches already in your collection — through the manufacture where the relationship calls for it, and on our own bench where it does not.

Most of our repair work is done at our own bench, by the goldsmiths who make our pieces. Older work, inherited work, work bought elsewhere — we treat all of it as worth saving. Recutting and resetting is part of the service, not a separate quote.

Jewellery appraisals.
A signed appraisal, suitable for any major underwriter, prepared in-house by people who understand what they are looking at. For insurance, for estate, or simply to know what you have.
We appraise pieces we have made, pieces we have sold, and pieces brought in for the first time — measured, photographed, and documented against current replacement value.
