Canada SCORES

Founded in June 2013, Canada SCORES initiated its no-cost after-school programming in January 2014, catering to 45 students across 3 Burnaby elementary schools, aiming to address diverse youth issues. Since then, the organization has expanded its reach, now supporting over 200 students in grades 4-7 across 14 schools in Burnaby, Surrey, New Westminster, and Vancouver through partnerships.

Canada SCORES envisions a world where all youth find their voice, achieve their goals and reach their full potential. They inspire urban youth to lead healthy lives, be engaged students, and have the confidence and character to make a difference in the world. Their goal is to provide a safe and motivating space for youth to gain the confidence to make a change in not only themselves, but their communities.

Such startling facts and hard-hitting realities of today’s society are an eye-opener more than ever to think it’s the need of the hour to save our children and guide them to be sensible and responsible human beings to fulfill the vision of a better community, society and nation at large.
