La Ravenale Minute Repeater Objets d'Art

In the case
The Parmigiani Fleurier La Ravenale is an exceptional expression of haute horlogerie, where restoration, craftsmanship, and nature-inspired artistry converge. Inspired by Madagascar’s Traveller’s Palm, its white gold case, engraved details, and opal-and-jade marquetry celebrate the harmony of natural geometry and traditional métiers d’art. At its heart lies a restored historical minute repeater calibre, bringing time to life through the intimate language of sound while preserving the authenticity of a century-old movement. A true collector’s creation, La Ravenale reflects Michel Parmigiani’s lifelong dedication to mechanical artistry and preservation.

Why we carry it

A minute repeater where history, craft, and sound converge.

La Ravenale is more than a timepiece — it is an objet d’art that brings together a restored historical Ed. Koehn minute repeater calibre, nature-inspired engraving, and exceptional artisanal craftsmanship.

From the opal-and-jade marquetry to the hand-finished movement, every surface reflects Parmigiani Fleurier’s dedication to preserving rare crafts and mechanical heritage.

We consider it a collector’s watch because it represents something increasingly rare: a creation where restoration, artistry, and horological emotion exist in perfect harmony.

The movement · Original historical movement manufactured by Koehn A Genève

A restored minute repeater calibre with a century of history.

Originally created by Koehn A Genève, this manual-winding Swiss movement combines traditional watchmaking with a minute repeater complication chiming on two gongs. Its architecture features a hanging barrel with Maltese cross stopwork, symmetrical hammers, and a split bimetallic balance with steel hairspring.

Revived with careful preservation of its original components, the calibre represents the enduring craftsmanship and mechanical artistry behind Parmigiani Fleurier’s La Ravenale.

For the life of the watch

A relationship, not a transaction.

Every watch we sell stays close to us. We organise servicing, source straps, and answer the telephone ourselves — for as long as the watch is yours, and the wrist after that.

i.
Service, organised through us

When the time comes, we arrange the full service through Parmigiani Fleurier and handle the shipping both ways.

ii.
Straps & bracelets, for life

Replacement straps and bracelets at cost, in any material the manufacture offers, fitted in person at the bench.

iii.
One person, not a call centre

You speak to Jason — for a warranty question, a service interval, or simply a second opinion — for as long as you own the watch.
