Palladio celebrates a significant milestone.
Twenty-five years of jewellery, horology, service and style — from Swedish Jewellers in 1996 to the room at 900 West Hastings.
Some anniversaries are numbers; this one is a room. In 2023 Palladio marks twenty-five years under its own name — a quarter-century kept at one address, one bench at a time. What follows is the short version of a long apprenticeship.
The house changes hands.
The pursuit began when the Bosa family became owners of Swedish Jewellers, a house long established in the city. They chose downtown Vancouver for the flagship and set about learning what the room could hold: one-of-a-kind jewellery, work from carefully chosen designers, and timepieces made in small editions.
Palladio, by name.
Two years in, the room took its own name — borrowed from Andrea Palladio, the master of Western architecture. The kinship is more than decorative.

A room of its own.
2018 brought the next milestone: the doors opened at 900 West Hastings Street. The space was drawn to hold the work quietly — jewellery from the bench, Swiss timepieces, and the pieces clients return to see.
Twenty-five keepsakes.
To mark the quarter-century, the house worked with two manufactures it has long carried — Parmigiani Fleurier and Carl F. Bucherer — on two distinct timepieces, each a Palladio Edition, each limited to twenty-five pieces.
