The end of the authorized era, and what we owe our clients next.
Words — Jason Bosa
For most of our history we sold the work of others well. We were among the country’s longest-serving authorized retailers, and we know that craft and that audience as well as anyone in this city.
That relationship has ended. What remains is what we wanted to build all along — a house in which the most important name on the work is, finally, the client’s.
Custom is no longer a service we offer alongside the cases. It is the case. Everything in this room has been chosen, made, finished or commissioned by someone you can meet.
