For this inaugural millesime collection, RAYMOND WEIL pays tribute to the rich heritage and traditions of horology while celebrating the elegance of refined design. The millesime timepieces offer a blend of period charm and contemporary practicality.
The dial, set beneath a vintage-inspired sapphire crystal glass-box, is refined to the highest degree. The hours and minutes are elegantly displayed with silver-toned hands lined with Super-LumiNova®. The sector dial enhances readability by presenting hours, minutes, and seconds on distinct tracks.
A closer look at the dial reveals contrasting finishes: the hour track is smooth, the minute track is snailed, and the central area features a delicate vertical brush. The millesime includes a small seconds display at 6 o’clock, marked by a neat recessed circlet, adding depth and enriched detail.
The bezel’s vertical satin-brush contrasts beautifully with the polished bevel, reinforcing the overall finishing quality.
A sapphire caseback reveals the self-winding movement and the “W-shaped” oscillating weight, RAYMOND WEIL’s signature. The genuine calf leather strap is enhanced with a unique W-stitched detail.
As the name suggests, the collection is a grand vintage interpretation of the RAYMOND WEIL brand.
