A choice we can defend in person.
We keep U-Boat because honesty in design is rare. Made in Lucca since 2000, built on Italo Fontana's family lineage from the 1940s, these are oversized, Italian watches that openly want to be noticed. A few of our clients want exactly that, and we would rather meet the wish with conviction than offer something more restrained.
The Darkmoon 44mm Emerald Green SS Soleil pairs a soleil-finished green dial with the oil-filled steel case, the liquid deepening the emerald and the brushed finish catching light as the wrist turns. The locking-ring system keeps the battery change quick. Steel and green, legible and loud in equal measure.
Hand-finished, made to be serviced.
Hand-assembled, regulated, and finished to the manufacture’s own standard.
Servicing is organised through us and the manufacture, and the watch comes back to your wrist — with a loaner in the meantime.

A relationship, not a transaction.
Every watch we sell stays close to us. We organise servicing, source straps, and answer the telephone ourselves — for as long as the watch is yours, and the wrist after that.
When the time comes, we arrange the full service through U-Boat, handle the shipping both ways, and put a loaner on your wrist while you wait.
Replacement straps and bracelets at cost, in any material the manufacture offers, fitted in person at the bench.
You speak to Jason — for a warranty question, a service interval, or simply a second opinion — for as long as you own the watch.
When your watch is at service we will put another independent on your wrist, so the wrist is never empty.
Hold it once. Turn it over.
A watch makes more sense in the hand than on a screen — particularly through the sapphire back. Book a viewing at 900 West Hastings St., Vancouver and we will put a loupe in your hand.
