There is conviction in U-Boat's refusal to be subtle. Founded in Lucca in 2000 by Italo Fontana on a 1940s family design heritage, the watches are oversized, Italian and openly built to announce the wearer. We carry them because a portion of our clients want precisely that, and we prefer to meet them where they are.
Unveiled at Geneva in 2024, the Chimera Chrono SS Green carries the new striped dial in its chronograph form, the parallel grooves giving the green face three-dimensional depth while the sub-dials stay clear. Iconic U-Boat geometry, recast in relief and colour. A working chronograph with real visual texture.

Servicing is organised through us and the manufacture, and the watch comes back to your wrist — with a loaner in the meantime.

Every watch we sell stays close to us. We organise servicing, source straps, and answer the telephone ourselves — for as long as the watch is yours, and the wrist after that.
When the time comes, we arrange the full service through U-Boat, handle the shipping both ways, and put a loaner on your wrist while you wait.
Replacement straps and bracelets at cost, in any material the manufacture offers, fitted in person at the bench.
You speak to Jason — for a warranty question, a service interval, or simply a second opinion — for as long as you own the watch.
When your watch is at service we will put another independent on your wrist, so the wrist is never empty.
