U-Boat, made in Lucca since 2000 on Italo Fontana's family lineage from the 1940s, has always been large, Italian and frank about wanting to be noticed. A small portion of our clients ask for that presence directly, and we keep a few pieces so we can answer them honestly rather than talk them into something quieter.
Shown at the 2024 Geneva fair, the Chimera Chrono SS Black brings the house's striped dial to its chronograph version, parallel lines shaping the black face into three dimensions while the counters keep their work legible. The pattern shifts with the light. A chronograph that reads as sculpted, not printed.

Servicing is organised through us and the manufacture, and the watch comes back to your wrist — with a loaner in the meantime.

Every watch we sell stays close to us. We organise servicing, source straps, and answer the telephone ourselves — for as long as the watch is yours, and the wrist after that.
When the time comes, we arrange the full service through U-Boat, handle the shipping both ways, and put a loaner on your wrist while you wait.
Replacement straps and bracelets at cost, in any material the manufacture offers, fitted in person at the bench.
You speak to Jason — for a warranty question, a service interval, or simply a second opinion — for as long as you own the watch.
When your watch is at service we will put another independent on your wrist, so the wrist is never empty.
