Why we carry it

A choice we can defend in person.

Raymond Weil draws on nearly fifty years of its own Geneva watchmaking, family-run throughout, with music threaded through its design. We carry it for that and the quiet quality of its finish.

This Toccata Heritage is hand-wound, the mechanical RW4100 giving a 45-hour reserve beneath a sunray blue dial in a slim oval steel case. A sapphire caseback reveals the finishing, on blue calf leather, in the spirit of 1970s Swiss watchmaking. View it on someone who wants a hand-wound piece with vintage soul.

The movement

Hand-finished, made to be serviced.

This movement carries 45 hours of power reserve.

Servicing is organised through us and the manufacture, and the watch comes back to your wrist — with a loaner in the meantime.

For the life of the watch

A relationship, not a transaction.

Every watch we sell stays close to us. We organise servicing, source straps, and answer the telephone ourselves — for as long as the watch is yours, and the wrist after that.

i.
Service, organised through us

When the time comes, we arrange the full service through Raymond Weil, handle the shipping both ways, and put a loaner on your wrist while you wait.

ii.
Straps & bracelets, for life

Replacement straps and bracelets at cost, in any material the manufacture offers, fitted in person at the bench.

iii.
One person, not a call centre

You speak to Jason — for a warranty question, a service interval, or simply a second opinion — for as long as you own the watch.

iv.
A loaner while yours is away

When your watch is at service we will put another independent on your wrist, so the wrist is never empty.

Hold it once. Turn it over.

A watch makes more sense in the hand than on a screen — particularly through the sapphire back. Book a viewing at 900 West Hastings St., Vancouver and we will put a loupe in your hand.
