Why we carry it

A choice we can defend in person.

A Geneva house founded in 1976 and still owned by the family that began it, Raymond Weil makes Swiss watches with real finish and no pretence. That is reason enough for us to carry it.

The Freelancer chronograph is the line's long-running favourite, redesigned with a firmer presence. A self-winding mechanical movement gives a 46-hour reserve beneath a silver dial, with an engine-turned bezel and brown calf strap. See it on a man who wants one capable watch for work and weekend alike.

The movement

Hand-finished, made to be serviced.

This movement carries 46 hours of power reserve.

Servicing is organised through us and the manufacture, and the watch comes back to your wrist — with a loaner in the meantime.

For the life of the watch

A relationship, not a transaction.

Every watch we sell stays close to us. We organise servicing, source straps, and answer the telephone ourselves — for as long as the watch is yours, and the wrist after that.

i.
Service, organised through us

When the time comes, we arrange the full service through Raymond Weil, handle the shipping both ways, and put a loaner on your wrist while you wait.

ii.
Straps & bracelets, for life

Replacement straps and bracelets at cost, in any material the manufacture offers, fitted in person at the bench.

iii.
One person, not a call centre

You speak to Jason — for a warranty question, a service interval, or simply a second opinion — for as long as you own the watch.

iv.
A loaner while yours is away

When your watch is at service we will put another independent on your wrist, so the wrist is never empty.

Hold it once. Turn it over.

A watch makes more sense in the hand than on a screen — particularly through the sapphire back. Book a viewing at 900 West Hastings St., Vancouver and we will put a loupe in your hand.
