Why we carry it

A choice we can defend in person.

Raymond Weil is a Geneva house, family-owned since 1976 and still its own, making Swiss watches finished honestly and built to be lived in. That is why we carry it.

The Freelancer chronograph is the line's long-standing favourite, here in its most restrained dress, an automatic with a black dial, a tachymeter bezel and a black leather strap. It carries the collection's free-spirited streak without raising its voice. See it on a man who wants a dark, capable chronograph for daily wear.

The movement

Hand-finished, made to be serviced.

Hand-assembled, regulated, and finished to the manufacture’s own standard.

Servicing is organised through us and the manufacture, and the watch comes back to your wrist — with a loaner in the meantime.

For the life of the watch

A relationship, not a transaction.

Every watch we sell stays close to us. We organise servicing, source straps, and answer the telephone ourselves — for as long as the watch is yours, and the wrist after that.

i.
Service, organised through us

When the time comes, we arrange the full service through Raymond Weil, handle the shipping both ways, and put a loaner on your wrist while you wait.

ii.
Straps & bracelets, for life

Replacement straps and bracelets at cost, in any material the manufacture offers, fitted in person at the bench.

iii.
One person, not a call centre

You speak to Jason — for a warranty question, a service interval, or simply a second opinion — for as long as you own the watch.

iv.
A loaner while yours is away

When your watch is at service we will put another independent on your wrist, so the wrist is never empty.

Hold it once. Turn it over.

A watch makes more sense in the hand than on a screen — particularly through the sapphire back. Book a viewing at 900 West Hastings St., Vancouver and we will put a loupe in your hand.
