The Millesime collection now welcomes a new addition with a cream sector dial—fresh and contemporary, yet timeless in its classic appeal. This follows the success of the original model, which earned the prestigious Challenge Prize at the Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève. The new 35mm diameter version upholds the perfect harmony of tradition and modern elegance, further solidifying its place in the world of fine watchmaking.
Beneath a vintage-inspired sapphire crystal glass-box, the dial is meticulously crafted. The hours and minutes are represented by silver-toned hands, enhanced with Super-LumiNova® for legibility. The sector dial offers clear tracks for hours, minutes, and seconds, ensuring effortless readability.
A closer look reveals a variety of finishes: the hour track is sleek, the minute track features a fine snailed texture, and the central dial area boasts a delicate vertical brush pattern. The small seconds display at 6 o’clock is housed in a recessed circlet, adding depth and a refined play of light and shadow, further enriched by thoughtful detailing.
The lugs are set with 16 laboratory-grown diamonds (0.235 cts), adding a subtle sparkle that combines femininity with modern sophistication. The bezel’s vertical satin-brush finish contrasts beautifully with the polished bevel, showcasing the exceptional craftsmanship of the timepiece.
A sapphire caseback reveals the self-winding movement, highlighted by the signature "W-shaped" oscillating weight, a hallmark of RAYMOND WEIL. The red grape genuine calf leather strap is finished with a distinctive W-stitched detail, completing the watch's elegant design.
